This is a ....100 % NEW, FACTORY DIRECT, CHEVY High Performance, gear reduction racing mini-starter which fits all Chevy V-6, small and big block V-8 engines using 153 or 168 tooth flywheels. This has an engineered design which results in more clearance between the oil pan and the starter, and the aluminum mounting block can be rotated from the FRONT without dismantleing the starter, unlike most other starters.for additional chassis clearance if necessary. The high-torque, high-ouput motor spins the engine over faster than stock starters, delivering 40%-50 % more cranking power. It has a sealed gear-reduction drive, full ball bearing construction and weighs just over 11 pounds. This starter also has an additional maximum torque power of 15.23NM... one of the highest in the industry. Comes complete with shim & spacer kit.
